President's Day Geochaching

The grand kids had a holiday from school,
so we decided to look for some geocaches.

Although the temps were in the 40's, the wind was fierce.

We visited several picturesque cemeteries.

Some even had facilities.

And picked up some sparkly rocks along the long long railway.

We ended up in Frankfort, Indiana where one
of the geochaches was at an old castle-like school called "Old Stoney".

And another was finding this mural near the downtown square.

We finished off our adventure with lunch at the Milky Way Drive-In.
Good old fashioned food.

You just never know what kind of surprises you'll find!
