We attended a wedding in Des Moines, Iowa
and wandered around the downtown farmers market before the festivities.
It was a fabulous market with not only tons of fresh produce,
But beautiful fresh flowers & Fall decorations.
And you won't go hungry either - many choices of ready to eat food.
Everything from breakfast,
To original snacks & ethnic food.
There was also entertainment for the kids.
Isn't this perfect for a Midwestern town?
And every street corner had musicians.
There were lots of crafts too, but I was too busy shopping to get a snapshot!
Don't miss the farmers market if you are there on a Saturday,
it is a slice of the heartland!
