Accidental Harvest

Last year, I had this near my front door.

So, this year when a little sprout came up in the area,

I let it grow.

Into this....

There's a bird bath in there somewhere.

Looks like I'm gonna have plenty of Baby Boo Pumpkins!

Giant Pumpkin Weigh-off

A local produce stand sponsored a giant pumpkin weigh off.

As I pulled in, here's what I saw.

Giant pumpkins everywhere.

(Yes, we needed traffic control)

In all shapes,

 colors,

but mostly huge sizes!

There was also some other gigantic produce, 

such as this watermelon.

And this sunflower which was 17 inches across.

Or how 'bout this gourd which was as long as the table.

The weighing begins.....

And the winner is....

1123.5 lbs!
