One by One

I walk in the woods everyday.
For the last 2 years, I've picked up a rock and brought it home.
And made this, a french drain.
This is the upper (& older) part.
Its basically a low area where water collects & drains.
I added the stones to prevent erosion
and because I like the look.

This is the lower (& newer) part.
When the weather warms,
I will spray weed killer in the drain so the stones are more visible

Some stones have come from afar.
The striped stone and speckled stone
came home with me from Alaska.

Here's a red rock from Sedona, Arizona.

And a geode from a camping trip in southern Indiana.
Fun memories in a unique setting.
